Hyper-Flow Trading Terminal ("Hyper-Flow", "we", "us") is a market data and analytics dashboard. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using Hyper-Flow, you agree to the practices described here.

Account information: If you sign in with Google, we receive the name and email address associated with your Google account. This is used to identify your account and personalize your experience.

Usage data you create: When you use the app, you may create and store the following in our database:

• Watchlists (symbols you are tracking)
• Alert rules (price, funding, open interest, and wallet-based alert conditions you configure)
• User settings (preferred layout, chart style, color theme, default symbols, alert preferences)
• Widget layout configurations
• Portfolio and holdings entries (if you use the portfolio tracker)
• User statistics (points, level, login streak) and achievements
• Subscription status (if you subscribe to Pro)

Technical data: We may log standard request metadata (IP address, browser type, timestamps) for security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.

• To provide and personalize the market data dashboard, charts, and analytics
• To store and sync your watchlists, alert rules, and settings across sessions
• To send you alert notifications (email or in-app) that you have explicitly configured
• To process payments and manage subscriptions (via Stripe)
• To prevent abuse and maintain service security

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Your account data and user-created content are stored in the app's database, which is hosted on our secure cloud infrastructure provider. Your data is stored in accordance with industry-standard infrastructure and security practices.

Hyper-Flow displays market data obtained from third-party providers. These providers may collect their own data (such as IP address or API request metadata) in accordance with their own privacy policies. The providers we use include:

• Yahoo Finance — stock, ETF, and futures data
• Hyperliquid — cryptocurrency perpetual market data (funding, open interest, prices)
• Finnhub — company news and financial data
• StockTwits — social sentiment data for stocks
• FRED (Federal Reserve Economic Data) — economic indicators and actuals
• CBOE — options data
• ForexFactory — economic calendar forecasts
• Alternative.me — Crypto Fear & Greed Index
• Other public financial data sources as needed

We pass your search queries (e.g., ticker symbols) to these providers to retrieve relevant data. We do not share your personal information (name, email) with these providers.

If you subscribe to Hyper-Flow Pro, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number or payment credentials on our servers. Stripe handles all payment processing in accordance with its own privacy policy and PCI compliance standards. We receive your subscription status and email from Stripe to manage your account.

Hyper-Flow uses browser local storage to save preferences such as your selected theme, chart settings, and recently viewed symbols. This data is stored on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless it is also saved as part of your account data (e.g., user settings).

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Authentication tokens (if you are signed in) are stored as necessary for session management.

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or request data deletion (see below), we will remove your personal data from our active database within a reasonable period, subject to any legal retention obligations.

Cached market data (used to speed up the app for all users) is retained temporarily and does not contain your personal information.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To request data deletion, email us at admin@hyperflowtrading.com with the email address associated with your account. We will process verified requests within 30 days.

You may also delete specific data (watchlists, alert rules, portfolios) directly within the app at any time.

Hyper-Flow is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Hyper-Flow after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
