By accessing or using Hyper-Flow Trading Terminal ("Hyper-Flow", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Hyper-Flow is a market data dashboard that provides real-time and historical market data, technical analysis charts, economic calendars, quantitative analytics, sentiment indicators, and related tools. The Service aggregates data from third-party providers and presents it for informational purposes.

Nothing in Hyper-Flow constitutes financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, or any other form of advice. All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Any analysis, signals, scores, indicators, sentiment readings, or market context shown in the Service is data presentation, not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, cryptocurrency, or other asset. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment.

Market data displayed in Hyper-Flow is obtained from third-party providers and is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Market data may be:

• Delayed from real-time
• Incomplete or missing for certain instruments
• Subject to errors, omissions, or interruptions
• Affected by API rate limits or provider outages

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any market data. You should verify all data through independent sources before relying on it for any purpose.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that defects will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hyper-Flow and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

You acknowledge that you use the Service at your own risk and that any investment decisions made based on information from the Service are your sole responsibility.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt the Service's infrastructure, databases, or APIs
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or excessively query the Service or its data providers
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit data obtained through the Service without authorization
• Use the Service to manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent activity
• Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access

Hyper-Flow may offer a paid "Pro" subscription that unlocks additional features. Subscription terms:

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at the advertised rate via Stripe
• Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice

Pro features may change over time. We may add, modify, or remove features at our discretion.

The Service integrates with and displays data from third-party providers (including but not limited to Yahoo Finance, Hyperliquid, Finnhub, StockTwits, FRED, CBOE, and others). We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or practices of these third parties. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of their data.

The Hyper-Flow application, its design, branding, and original content are owned by Hyper-Flow. Market data and third-party content remain the property of their respective providers. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Hyper-Flow content without permission, except as permitted by fair use or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

You may stop using the Service at any time. If you have an active Pro subscription, it remains in effect until the end of the current billing period.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Hyper-Flow after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
